Established in 2012 in partnership with The MasterCard Foundation, Africa Careers Network (ACN) connects outstanding young talent from African Leadership Academy (ALA) and The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program to the best career and internship opportunities across Africa.
WHAT DO WE DO
The ACN platform connects top young African talent to high-impact internship and job opportunities across the African continent. ACN seeks to build relationships with a wide range of organization’s that offer meaningful professional development opportunities to its young leaders in the form of internships and careers. ACN users form a community of talented young people who are committed to contributing to the overall development of the African continent.

The African Leadership Foundation is a non profit organization that supports transformative change in Africa by developing and connecting the continent’s next generation of leaders.
WHAT DO WE DO
We carry out our mandate through partnership with the African Leadership Academy (ALA), a need-blind secondary boarding school based in South Africa. ALA gathers the most outstanding 15-19 year old students from all 54 African nations for study through the rigorous Cambridge University A-Level Curriculum and an innovative program focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, and African studies.
